Our Clinic recognizes the global effect the Covid-19 pandemic has caused around the world and to our way of life, especially in the Region of Peel.

Our Pharmacy is accredited and approved by the Ministry to conduct Covid-19 testing for asymptomatic patients. Bookings mandatory by calling the Pharmacy.

We are also conducting Airport clearance tests for International travel.

To abide by Ministry guidelines and to help reduce the spread we have the following comprehensive protocol in the clinic;

• Please phone the clinic or book online and do not walk into the clinic

• Staff member will phone you to confirm your booking

• A physician will call you and conduct a virtual phone appointment on our fully encrypted Virtual video platform. You will receive an email to log on and wait in the virtual waiting room for your appointment. Please enable your video and audio.

• If the physician feels you need to be assessed in person they will advise you

• If you are to come in person, (a) Scan your forehead on our automatic voice temperature reader, (b) Sanitize your hands on our touchless station. (both units to your left under the T.V)

• Covid-19 screening questions will be asked

• We have >70% isoprophyl alcohol based touch-less hand sanitizer stations for use

• Sanitize your hands before appointment and before leaving clinic (soap and water available in the washrooms)

• Only patients to be seen may come into clinic (no accompanying family unless you are a parent or guardian of a child to be seen)

• If you are with your family, we will keep you together in the waiting area

• We would like you to stay together and will escort you directly into an exam room

• If you require prescriptions filled, our Pharmacy Staff can assist to minimize contact and less wait times. We can deliver them to your car if waiting or you may leave and we can deliver them to your home.

• If you have a virtual phone consult, our Pharmacy can provide free delivery to your office or home with touch-less payment options. (if not already covered by your insurance plan)

• Flu shots must be pre-booked with Pharmacy or Clinic (905-567-1500 ) or

  (905-567-1300)

• Blood lab / Urine samples must be pre booked

• No mask= No service

• Limited patient space in reception area with distancing rules in effect
